Earlier, the board and the shareholders of Rolta India Limited had approved the issue of bonus shares to the shareholders of Rolta India in the ratio of 1:1 (1 bonus share for every 1 share held). As soon as the announcement was made the share prices of Rolta had zoomed. Based on the current valuations, Rolta is still a good buy.
