Maral Overseas Rights Issue has been approved

Maral Overseas Rights Issue was approved today by the board of Maral Overseas Limited. The price band for the rights issue is Rs. 18 - Rs. 21. This is teh first time I’m coming across a right issue taking place through the book building route. The ratio of the right issue is 1 : 2. Hence the shareholders of Maral Overseas will get 1 rights for every 2 shares that they hold in the company as on teh record date of the rights issue, which is yet to be fixed by the board of Maral Overseas Ltd.
