Glenmark Generics IPO next year

Glenmark Generics IPO is expected to hit the markets in mid 2008. Glenmark Pharma has informed the stock exchanges that it has received in-principal approval to split its generics business and form a separate company called Glenmark Generics Limited which will be a 100% subsidiary of Glenmark Pharma. In mid 2008, Glenmark Generics will go in for an IPO to raise funds to finance its research and development costs.
