CRISIL Rates UTI MF IPO with IPO Grade 4

CRISIL has given the much awaited UTI MF IPO, which will be the first IPO by a mutual fund, an IPO grade of 4. CRISIL IPO grade 4 indicates that the fundamentals of UTI MF IPO are above average when compared to other listed companies in the country. Baring the rare grade 5 given to just 1 IPO, Grade 4 has been the highest IPO grading awarded by CRISIL. This however does not indicate the performance of the IPO, which will depend purely on the market dynamics when the IPO opens for subscription.
