BVCL IPO oversubscribed on day 2

On day 2, the BVCL IPO has been subscribed by about 1.75 times. Both the Retail invester quota and Institutional investors quota has been subscribed by close to 2 times. Barak Valley Cements IPO opened for subscription yesterday and will remain open for subscription until Thursday, November 01, 2007.
